1. Do you offer delivery across the UK?

Yes! We offer fast and reliable shipping across the entire United Kingdom. Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): 2–3 working days
  
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days
  Order before 2:00 PM for same-day dispatch (Mon–Fri).
  

 

3. Do I need to verify my age to order?

Yes. By UK law, you must be 18 or older to buy vape products. Age verification is required during checkout and may also be requested upon delivery.

 

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene laws, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, disposables, or used devices unless they are faulty.

5. What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at info@vapesbuyonline.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

 

6. Is it safe to order from your website?

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK debit/credit cards and secure online payments via our checkout. All payments are processed securely.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@vapesbuyonline.co.uk. Once dispatched, we can’t cancel or change the order.
